Sara Sampieri has been elected Honorary Fellow in Archaeology and Art History of the Ancient Near East, Arabian Peninsula, and Gulf at the Sapienza University of Rome.
Se will work at the Department of Science of Antiquities at the Faculty of Philosophy and Classics.

Her research explores the balance between heritage conservation and tourism development to promote a travel destination with particular attention to green and sustainable tourism.
